What an amazing experience. Just when I thought customer service was dead, Andy renewed my faith. I called on a Friday morning to see if he could send someone to get my gas pool heater running as we were having a party the following day and it had been working just fine the weekend before. He told me that he has a Jandy professional that he uses but wasn’t sure if he’d be able to come out the same day. He called me back within an hour with the amazing news that his guy could come out and usually has easy access to parts for repair. The tech came out earlier than expected and gave me the bad news that our unit had a critical malfunction and needed to be replaced. He left and returned within a couple of hours and had a brand new unit installed and operational before nightfall. Our party was a huge success thanks to this awesome squad. I highly recommend Andy and his team. Fair price, prompt and responsive!

This company was one of the first numbers that I called to ask around about my pool pump, and as soon as I spoke to the guy(Andy), he literally helped me out to the fullest and even throughout the day I had extra questions and I was able to text him and he would respond quickly and give me the best recommendations to do for my pool. He even saved me from purchasing a brand new pool pump because I literally thought that's what I needed to do but with his suggestions, I used them and my pool pump literally works. I really appreciate him so much!! If I have any work that needs to be done on my pool for the future, I will most definitely be going with this company because he will do 110% and be so truthful with his work. I thank him so much!!
